These Terms & Conditions are provided in Bengali for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, in the event of any dispute, the English version shall be considered final.

Sona Bet may request additional verification information at any time. Failure to provide it within the specified period may result in a temporary account suspension and delays in withdrawal processing.

Sona Bet strictly prohibits anyone under the age of 18 from using the platform. The protection of minors is our highest priority.

• If a minor is identified, all winnings will be considered void.

• Payments from third parties are not accepted.

• Withdrawing while a deposit bonus is active may result in the bonus being cancelled.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or postponed, the bet will be refunded.
• If an event ends early or is relocated, Sona Bet reserves the right to settle bets at its own discretion.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, any bets placed at those odds will be considered void.
• Live betting is subject to a delay. Sona Bet reserves the right to void any bet where the outcome of the event has already been determined.
• Maximum single bet amounts are fixed and may vary by sport and market.
• If one event in a parlay or accumulator bet is voided, that selection will be removed and the remaining bet settled accordingly.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Sona Bet. Violations may result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Participating in or facilitating match-fixing or any form of manipulation.
• Using arbitrage betting or bonus arbitrage to exploit the platform.
• Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
• Any attempt at hacking, phishing, or any form of cyber attack.
• Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods.
• Attempting to access another user's account without authorization.
• Any modification or misuse of the platform's software.

🔐8. Account Suspension & Closure

Sona Bet may temporarily or permanently close your account under the following circumstances:

• For violation of the Terms & Conditions.
• Providing false information or forged documents.
• If suspicious betting patterns or evidence of fraud are detected.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).

You can also close your account at any time by contacting support. Any valid balance will be processed for withdrawal through the standard procedure, subject to applicable conditions.
